Gardel, Carlos

For many people Gardel is the embodiment of the soul of tango from Buenos Aires and Montvideo at the end of the 19th century. He was also called King of the Tango. Melodía de Arrabal is the title song from the 1933 film of the same name. The lyrics are by Alfredo le Pera.
